As of 2026-07-07, this page lists 40 clinics in Victoria whose own websites state that they bulk bill Medicare care-plan sessions. Most attach conditions, commonly a valid care plan referral and sometimes a concession card, so always confirm when booking.
Do I need a care plan before booking one of these clinics?
Yes. Every listing's bulk-billing claim is tied to Medicare's care plan pathway: a GP chronic condition management plan for a chronic condition (6 months or more) with complex care needs, prepared by your regular GP. Without a current plan and referral, the same clinics charge their normal private fees.
What conditions do these clinics attach to bulk billing?
Each listing shows the conditions from the clinic's own website. The common ones: a valid care plan (CDM, EPC or GPCCMP) referral, a concession or pension card, specific practitioners or weekday time slots, and the Medicare cap of 5 rebated allied health sessions per calendar year shared across professions.
What if no listed clinic is near me in VIC?
Three options. Community health centres and public hospital outpatient clinics offer low-cost or free allied health in most regions, with priority for concession card holders. Medicare telehealth items (93000 video, 93013 phone) let care-plan sessions run by telehealth with providers anywhere in Australia, counted within the same 5 sessions. And any private clinic can be asked directly: some bulk bill case by case even without advertising it.
